No matter how carefully we drive, it is a sad fact that most of us will be involved in some kind of accident sooner or later. Unfortunately, in some cases this can be just the start of a confusing and frustrating time, trying to liaise between your insurance company and a repair centre.
However, here at Bodywork Solihull we are affiliated with major insurance companies and so we can take all that headache away from you.
We can arrange for the collection of your vehicle and the supply of one of our fleet of courtesy vehicles. Our industry qualified estimators will provide your insurance company with an accurate figure for the repairs, and our team of professional and qualified specialists will ensure that all repairs are done to the highest standards.

The Repair Process
Collection
We aim to offer the most convenient service to our customers that we can. If your vehicle is un-roadworthy, we can arrange recovery to our premises, dropping off one of our courtesy cars if required.
Estimating
We will make sure that your vehicle is thoroughly examined by our experienced assessors. This allows us to provide you with a clear and accurate estimate. If it’s an insurance repair the insurance company will normally authorise us to proceed within 48 hours. Once we have received authorisation our computerised body shop management system will schedule the repair.
Repairs will commence
Repairs will be carried out to manufacturer specification and are fully guaranteed.
Valeting
Before it is returned to you, your vehicle will be professionally cleaned. Our valeters will thoroughly clean it, both inside and out, so that it is returned to you in pristine condition.
Quality Control
Your vehicle will go through one final set of rigorous quality control checks. Completion A member of the customer liaison team will contact you to arrange the return of your completed vehicle. Upon return we will ask you to sign a collection note to confirm you have received the vehicle back into you care. We will collect any payment due at this time. We regret vehicles cannot be released without payment.
